Thermoforming
Thermoforming is the heart of our business. Thermoforming is a process in which a thermoplastic sheet is heated to a state of pliability. This pliable sheet is then sealed around a mold and vacuum formed to the molds shape. After cooling, the part is removed from the mold, trimmed, and finished as required.
Quality Craft Corp can produce your required part in any quantity from prototype to high volume production.
